By using PulseProof, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PulseProof is a human verification service. It reads a live heartbeat signal from your device, processes it locally, and generates a cryptographic proof of liveness. This proof can be used by applications to verify that a real human is present.
All heartbeat signal processing happens on your device. PulseProof does not collect, store, or transmit your raw health data. The proof token generated on your device is the only data shared with requesting applications.
You agree to use PulseProof for lawful purposes only. You will not attempt to:
If you integrate PulseProof into your application using our SDK or API, you agree to use the verification results only for their intended purpose: confirming live human presence. You agree to clearly communicate to your users that PulseProof verification is being used.
PulseProof is provided as-is. We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
PulseProof is a verification tool, not a guarantee of identity. We are not liable for decisions made by third-party applications based on verification results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms. Continued use of PulseProof after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website.
Questions about these terms can be directed to hello@pulseproof.app.
